i heard eating alot helps, but is that just bull? and what can i eat to give me energy and help me build mass?

Protein and lots of lifting weights. Check out a local nutritional store, such as GNC, they can tell you the difference between the products based on your needs.

Protein helps to build mass. Make sure it's lean protein and good quality. You need carbs for energy, but make sure they are complex carbs (whole), like brown rice, whole grains (read the ingredients). Avoid the white starchy pasta and bread. Lift weights. Do as much as you can the first day. Increase by 5 the next day. Start to increase the weight. Make sure you have someone to spot you. You can also use your body and things around the house for weight, by doing lunges and push-ups, chopping wood. . .

eating a lot of protein helps. some things you can try are protein shakes, protein bars, and protein powders. the powders are usually tasteless and can be mixed with food or drinks.
