As a European i wonder :why is racism targeted only to Blacks and Mexicans?

and not to any of the other races that also live in the USA? Asians f.ex.They are also different.They were also used as cheep labor.Why the preference?

Most racist people target just about anyone that doesn't share the same ethnic background as themselves. A lot of people have negative views of blacks and Mexicans as being lazy and a waste of welfare money though, probably mostly because of movies and other forms of media. It probably doesn't help that the majorityh of people in the FBI's most top ten wanted list are either black or mexican. Unfortunately racism will never end and there will always be stereotypes. You see a mexican on the FBI list for drug smuggling so "Oh, all hispanics are drug smugglers bringing cocaine in from Colombia and taking jobs and getting paid less." And you see the black man and figure "Oh, all black men are murderers and rapists and steal stuff and mooch off the government." You see a white man and "Oh, it's a glitch in the system." Racism is targeted at everybody though, racists think that all blacks get welfare and eat at kfc, all mexicans sell drugs and are dirty and eat tacos, and all Middle Eastern descented people are terrorists. Oh and the stereotype that all asians look the same and eat cats.
Watch some American movies, watch some of our shows, and go to some American History classes in the good ole' U S of A and you'll see why this country is the way it is. That's all I have to say about that.

I agree that the most blatant racism is targeted towards Hispanics and Blacks. I have some Asian friends and I have learned that it is part of their social conditioning to marry into white culture and cultivate their ways (while I know this to be true to some degree-I cannot speak for the Asian races as a whole). Maybe Blacks and Hispanics hold stronger to their own cultures ideals and do not readily embrace the teachings of white racist America.

asian did target what u talking about, they got target right away when they just got here nearly 150 yeas ago during Gold Rush in California. They were only alot like 9to1 ratio of men to woman to come over U.S. At that time chinese were taking the tought physical job, such as Building the rail road all over U.S. Japanese American got traget very bad during WWII, all Japanese American got send to the campus they loss almost all their property. Even thought this day no single Japanese live in America is prove to be any kind of spy on U.S.

There are people who are racist and target any other race than their own, so this isn't true. I think you just see more of what you're talking about in the media, etc.

What, you don't think Middle Easterners are targeted? What about the George Allen thing, where he singled out an American of East Indian extraction at one of his rallies by calling him "macaca"?

Well in America we're pretty much a jackass to everybody including asians! We don't forget them!
