Has anyone heard of the Bic "Write Your Own Ticket" Sweepstakes?

What the HECK do they mean? How do you write a ticket? What is it you're writing, the time, location and seat number?! Cuz that's, um, silly (trying to keep it rated G) and doesn't make sense.
