Have tried everything, I have purchased AVG, downloaded Avast and many many more, they either pick it up, but cannot delete or remove, spybot, no adware you name it i have tried it,
What can i do? Someone please...........

Hit "CTRL,Shift,ESC" and see what is running. If there is something there resembling BT or win32dialer, end the process, run the antivirus program again. If that doesn't work, start your computer in safe mode and run it again. This should work, because the best programs won't delete a running program.

You are going to have to find specific removal tools or instructions as it has probably modified the regisry.
Also have you tried running the virus scan in safe mode? If the files it uses are in use by windows then you will not be able to delete them.
