Well I'm afraid to say I'm in the minority with fans as well but Sylvester McCoy was my favourite doctor, he was great a good actor i defy anyone to walk out and have an explosion going off right behind them and not even flinch, i also enjoyed the darker side to the Doctor and its a shame we didn't see that develop more.
Me second favourite was Patrick Troughton

Like some of the previous answers my two favourites were Tom Baker although i spent most of the time watching behind the sofa with a cushion covering my face. His Dr Who was interesting as it was darker.
Then there was Peter Davidson who was younger zanier and such a contrast to previous portrayals. It got me hooked and I couldnt get enough of it but by Slyvester McCoys and Bonnie Langford i lost all interest. But Tom Baker was definately the best.

G'day. My ultimate Dr Who is Tom Baker. He had the face, hair and look to be a Doctor and he fitted that scarf soooo well.

I absolutely adored the 4th, Tom Baker because he was so quirky and I loved the outfit. I had a scarf like that; I kept tripping over it.
#5 Peter Davison was cute and his clothes were pretty outrageous also.
#6 Colin Baker -- I liked him, although many people didn't. He was arrogant, but they all were, although he flaunted it.
Did not like #7.
#1,2,3 were ok, especially #2 (I liked the one with the quarks) but they are so dated.
I am a big fan, They recently ran Dr. Who on sci-fi. It was updated and had good special effects. I liked that Dr.
