The first thing you'd need to do is apply for a visa and work permit allowing you to work in the US. For this you'd need to apply to (or visit) the US Embassy Visa Section. Both the US Embassy and the Visa Section are near Danquhar Circle in Accra, you need to go to the Visa Section which is just off Cantonments Road.
