America is closer to the holy roman empire than the roman empire but she will fall just like they did, only quicker.

If the US is the next Rome, it will be when the evil liberal empire takes over. Liberal policies will spin everything out of control. The tax burden will leave many small companies and the middle class drained of all money causing the nation to go bankrupt. Their foreign and military policies will leave America vulnerable to invasion from even the weakest of nations. Chaos will rule, and this once great country will be no more.

All empires fall when they become fat and decadent. We are certainly heading that way. Rome, when she fell, was dealing with problems like promiscuity, rampant homosexuality, over indulgence, destruction of the family unit, acceptance of pedophilia, corruption in government, and brutality as entertainment, to name a few. Sound familiar?

We all like to think that all is new and that we all progress, but most of mankind just repeats History, over and over. The truth is that there is little new under the sun. Those who learn and raise a clarion cry for reform are laughed at or dismissed as crazy or unenlightened fools. The same, who see the truth, are ultimately proved right, but only when it is too late.

Is it too late for America? I hope and pray it's not.

All countries fail eventually and why should the United States be any different. Right now the USA is at the peak of power and by 2020 they will probably be at least in the top 3 with India and China (at least economically). She will probably begin to fail a few hundred years from now. Thankfully not in our lifetimes.

Get a grip! Any country that's "so-called" on top will have no place other than down to go.
