If 2 colleague see each other that often - other than the normal 8 hrs at work, another 4 to 5 hours after work at drinks, talk to each other over the net , sms daily..... this has been going on for more than 3 months ....what are the possibilities of an affair to be developed?
Both are already married...

Id say it is very, very likely. Why do they need to spend all that time together. I think the relationship has already developed!

it is very likely to developed into an affair. Under normal situation, a married person will spend more time with their spouse rather than their working colleague. if such things carry on for too long, it is not very healthy.

i smell trouble. i sincerely believe that you want to remain faithful to your spouse, but you walking on a very thin line here. you both obviously have feelings for one another.. do the rational thing and please don't let your emotions get the better of you. i'm sure you already know what to do.

It is very likely to happen. However, while two SELFISH people get their thrills there are going to be so many people HURT.

if its work, its ok.

if its personal . . . they're running into deeper water of romance. soon lust will emerge and show its true face.

better to get things straight. froma 3rd party view . . . never so innocent?
