why is my rating on the game of hearts "provisional"?

It remains provisional until u complete 15 games. after that u get a regular rating

provisional is another word for novice or beginner as soon as you play about 25 games it will rank you with a color (other than provisional grey) according to your win/loss record

You need to play 20 "rated" games, and then poof! your rating appears!
