of continuing this... life here is so slow, seems I have a long long way to go before I reach 10,000 points. My Q & A are getting lame and lamer....my enthusiasm is waning.

Take a break, and go sit in a public place where conversation abounds, like a coffee shop. After a few minutes of sitting in silence, pondering all the mysteries of the universe, your obsessive questioning/answering instincts will kick in. You'll begin wandering about like a small child, asking complete strangers why the Mona Lisa is smiling or what the best way to get rid of back acne is. You'll rudely interrupt the idle chit-chat and wonderings of others to violently answer their questions, rhetorical or otherwise, in the most helpful way you can devise; however, you will only irritate them. The ignorant fools, unknowing of the skill that goes into the formal art of questioning and answering, will try to convince you that their question was not open ground for public commentary. They may even claim not all questions are meant to be answered. You will become disoriented, collapsing upon the hard floor, everything you had based your world upon at once turned upside down. You will return to Yahoo! Answers soon enough, your enthusiasm in online questioning renewed.

Are we on a downer or what? Although, I agree with you...I merely surf over some of these questions because they tend to get even lamer by the day( not all of them, there still are some really good questions, however, I think most people are finding less to ask/ answer)

Take a break, don't log in to this site for awhile. Wait until you are terribly bored again with nothing to do then come back again, you will be inspired to answer questions and level up your points.

You don't have to do this, I know it is addicting, but, its fun to when people actually answer your question instead of putting stupid answers down.
this is a good thing, for people that are real about it.
