Dysplasia shouldn't prevent pregnancy, but should be treated right away
Mild dysplasia shouldn't cause painful sex (something else is wrong)
Your body might get rid of HPV. On the other hand, it could progress to cervical cancer (as I said above, should be treated right away)

Yes you can still get pregnant. No you can not get rid of Hpv. naturally. Go to your gynacologist and have it froze of with kryotherapy.
