If you have medical insurance of any kind, wether the government or not...if you have a regular primary physician...he should be able to refer you to a skin doctor...your cpn can't do it, but maybe your new doctor Rocker lol can refer you when you talk to him...I am sure he would do that for you.if your insurance covers it...and Retin A is really fabulous for lines and bumps...just don't wear it out in the sun of course...put it on at night after washing your face really good and it really makes a difference. and I talk from experience.

There is a brand new technique for regrowing teeth using stem cells and an electronic vibrator. Pretty weird. I don't know about the success rate.

As for the rest, here's the best advice I can give:

1) Do not drink alcohol. It causes a lot of what you describe.

2) Eat lots of fresh veggies, preferably from a farmer's market rather than the super market.

3) After showering, scrub your skin with Rose Water or a Witch Hazel/Rose Water solution that contains no alcohol.

4) Drink distilled water.

5) Lots of exercise, the sort that makes you sweat, followed by a cool shower.

6) Use 'natural' soaps made with olive oil or other non-chemical ingredients.

This all has worked well for me. I look at least ten years younger than my age. I hope the same works for you.

Good luck!

teeth don't regrow, but you can get some permanent replacements. i don't know how they put them in but they are supposed to stay for years+ as for the aging, well, we all do it. stop comparing yourself to how you looked 5 years ago and try to enjoy your life. it's not all about looks, some women will go crazy for you just for the accent!
