Yep...Tamari, Kankuro, and JUST RECENTLY Neji become Jonin. Everyone else but Naruto become Chuunin. Though Naruto possesses the strenght of a S-Class ninja.

Hai. Gaara's father was the Kazakage, but was killed by Orochimaru, who took his bady and posed as him during the tournament. After the tournament everyone finds out about Orochimaru's plan to take over Konoha. After Gaara leaves Konoha he becomes the fifth Kazekage of Sunagakura (Village Hidden Among the Sand). During this time his attitude changes much and he learns to appriciate life. He doesn't kill as much and when Uchiha Itachi's group comes and takes the demon out of his body, Gaara dies. Then Naruto and Chiyo end up bringing him back to life. This is the first time Gaara truely feels loved. Right before Naruto leaves, Gaara and him shake hands. Sand swirled around the two of them. This symbolized that Gaara had made his first friend and had met his best friend.
