How do you shrink uniform pants(dickies)?

Dickies don't shrink... The best way to fix that issue is to shrink your body with weight and exercise or get a larger uniform.

hot water and put them in the dryer for a long time although it depends on the fabric if itll shrink dickies company dont always use the same fabric
