They have taken money out of my checks,thrown away orders from the child dispursement unit to with hold child support, have not payed me a few loads that i have delivered to a customer,not reimbersed me for toll way tickets that i have paid for, and now my last check they did not pay me my 35% percantage that i am making, deducted money from my check for trailer tire that was flat leaving a customer.

Best way is to talk to a lawyer that deals with this. Gonna cost you money to do this though. BUT, some lawyers have free first-time counseling to see if they want to accept the case.

they are allowed to hold and tranfer a percentage of your checks to the person who has custody of the child this happened to my dad till he got a new job... there isnt much you can do about that... the other stuff... check out a lawyer

You need to talk to the person in accounting calmly!
And maybe an attorney!
