Until the divorce is final, all money is fair game. You could take a chance and hide it but should the court finds out, its not a pretty picture. Best to be honest about everything up front then regret it later. Good luck

Well if the ticket was bought after you separated then it does not need to be split.. other than that it usually after the divorce is signed.. you can give it before its sign if you want to be generous

I was told by a lawyer when you go to separate from your spouse put a letter of notice in the newspaper that you are separating and that any debit she makes after that date that you are not responsible for that debit, I'm sure it would probably work for that too just say you won't it after that day,also cut it out for your proof.

If your the man and you won there would be no split you would just have to hand it over to the woman as soon as the judge was aware of it.
If your the woman there would be no split the judge would just tell the man "tough" if he brought it up.
