Sadly it is probably Adolf Hitler. For all the wrong reasons obviously but his influence affected just about everyone on the planet and still continues to influence people today

I wasn't conscious that there have been that many unemployed human beings in China ;) per chance you need to have requested if this is precise for the country with the biggest protection stress and 'defence' funds to have that many unemployed. And would not this is less difficult to easily kill the unemployed on your own united states of america? probably create extra jobs too. 2 birds ;D

Moses.
He's the chief prophet for Judaism, he's the main Old Testament prophet in Christianity, and Islam recognises him as a major prophet as well. He was arguably the most important architect of monotheism (religion that recognises just one god) in human history. Neither Islam, Christianity nor Judaism could have come into existence without him.
There's a slight difficulty here, in that there's no conclusive historical evidence that he ever existed. But his influence on Western thought is everywhere.

Ghengis Khan . It will require a great deal of research on your part to fully understand why. Centuries after his descendants, as rulers, died, the Crusades were started to eradicate the Islamic fiefdoms' that were created by Ghengis Khan. We can trace many of our current problems to this age-old struggle. We will not see its' end in our lifetime.
