I see most of the ads in my state (FL) use the word conservative like it's suppose to be appealing. It's a big turn off to me, how about you?

Depends on context of the word ! I'm all about being fiscal conservative and not waisting money , but the religious psychos can stick it up there as$ ! They should quit telling every one else how they think we should be living our life's and worry about their own ! In essence live and let live !

Too many labels being used by politicians. Half of them that claim to be conservative or even moderate are nothing of the sort. Conservative in its true definition is appealing to me, but to see it on a campaign sign is just unbelievable.

The republicans have destroyed the word conservative just as the Democrats have destroyed the word liberal. I just say vote the bums out until we get politicians who will work for legal Americans.

It doesn't effect me either way. In some ways I have conservative values and some are more progressive. I don't want to hear slogans or selected adjectives, I want to hear about policy.

It depends on what is said before and after "conservative". ;)

I usually agree mostly with liberal social policies but tend to agree with fiscally conservative ideals.

It has too many horrible connotations these days. Then again, so does liberal, I guess.
If I ran for office, I'd simply declare my party as "Not one of those other psychotic bastards."

If you consider yourself to be conservative, then it will appeal to you.

i like it when it comes to being conservative on financial issues, but as far as people's personal lives go, i'm more liberal, especially if they aren't hurting anyone else(like an unborn baby).
