No. I saw them "back in the day" and they were the first opening band, followed by Marilyn Manson and headlined by Danzig. We spent Korn's entire set making fun of them because they were just horrible. Of course Marilyn Manson wasn't much better since part of his stage show was masterbating while wearing a black leather thong.

If you believe that it is then take him, don't ask others that might not have kids you are his parent you make the decision. Since you are asking I will tell ya what I would do, I would take him because for one he is 13 just have him wear hearing protection. Don't buy him any beer or let him smoke any of that wacky tobacky and things should be all good. Korn has really toned things down from where they were when they started, plus Jonathan used to take his son to the concerts and he wasn't even five yet. Go for it!

i think so because Korn has always tried to be there and look out for the kids. That is one reason why they play their music. As far as any rock concert goes, just tell them not to mess with anyone and be careful. It is something they'll remember and talk about forever to event their great grand children. I have been to a Korn concert and it was fine.If you will be there, no worries.

That's awesome! Yes it is appropriate, but it's gonna be VERY VERY loud. The equipment they use...jesus...
Don't go in the pit, someone got beaten to death in a mosh pit at a Korn concert.
If it's outdoor, you'll smell pot most likely. Hell, at a Goo Goo Dolls concert people were rockin' the gunge...
Hey, I'm 13, I've been to Ozzfest and I survived, Korn should be no problem.

im 13. rock is the only kind of music i can stand. korn, very cool band. anyhow, i've heard bad stuff about the moth pit. and as for me, if a U2 concert almost deafened me, then a korn concert should be REALLY LOUD!!!!! as far as language, if you let him listen to it at home, where he can listen to the words carefully and probably with the lyrics hand, then i guess the concert couldn't be much worse. let him grow up.

I would take a 13 year old to the concert, if you like the music then why not let your son enjoy it as well. You may use that time to bond..

I would have to say no. Look at some of the Korn Lyrics. I like korn but I wouldn't think they're really approriate for anyone under 16.

Yeah...they have kind tamed down a little. I mean...just like anyother kind of concert. Prepare him for some nudity and drug use.
I went to a Aerosmith concert a few years back and saw that.
