Get 2 lb. barbell weights and complete these exercises.
(1)Hold the weight in your hand, place your arm on a table, palm down and while keeping your wrist on the table lift your hand lifting the weight off the table. Hold for 1 full second and slowly lower. Repeat 10 times. Then switch hands and repeat.
(2) Now turn palm face up and curl hand in upward motion while keeping arm on the table. Repeat 10 times for each hand. You can increase the weight as it gets easier.
You could also buy one of those stress balls that you squeeze and do exercises with that.
The idea is to do anything that will isolate the wrist flexors and extensors. I'm a massage therapist so I have really built up forearms because I use them for hours each day. You will really have to work at it if you want them to be developed. You should also be working the other muscles in your arms too so you'll stay balanced. Good luck!

Wrist curls.Take a babell or somehting heavy.put your forearms on your legs while seated with your hands hanging over your knees.Lift and lower the weight first palm up then palm down.Pronation and supination with a dum bell with your hands in the same position and twist back and forth.Get a hammer and nails and just drive as many as you can or just whack something with the hammer a few hundred times.Get a broom handle or something similar and tie a rope around it with a weight attached and wind the weight up then lower it.That should hold ya for a while. There's more but those exercise work ALL ranges of the forearms. And Golds Gym doesn't make ANY good equipment

Lift weights or play on the "monkey bars" at a playground. The parallel "monkey bars" that are long and horizontal, which you can hand over hand, arm over arm, are the best ones for this purpose. Haven't seen any of these for a long time so you may have difficulty finding one.
If you don't have weights, lift large cans of beans. They are cheaper and easily found at the grocery store.
Playing tennis and baseball would also help toward that end since the forearms are used heavily in both of these sports.
