Nasonex for prescription
And just a plain saline for OTC...anything else has disastrous effects (addiction!)

Believe it or not, you should make your own saline solution, just 1 tspn of water in a small pop bottle. Just inhale into the nose and it will disinfect and reduce the swelling. That will help when you are seriously stuffed.

A good one my daughter uses that works well for her is NASACORT but you do need a prescription for it.

Flonase the reason i say flonase,is because it Works! i've had allergeys for 20 years, ive been put on every thing on the market, none worked till i got >flonase< let me know how it works out ill guide yah from here on out.

OMG don't use flonase it has steroids in it the doctor doesnt tell you but it does i used to take it and i was grumpy
