Make sure you are very turned on. Alot of lubrication on him and you. He should use vaseline and finger you with it to turn you on in the anis. Then when you are ready, you relax and keep telling yourself to relax. Then he pushes in very carefully and slowly, when in completely, he waits for you to make the first move. Then he continues very carefully until you let him know if you want more. It takes alot of trust that your partner will listen to your verbal and nonverbal cues. I say vaseline because other products intended for sex do not last as long and become sticky and dry. Vaseline will not hurt anything.

Learn from a really great Wild Woman:

The Ultimate Guide to Anal Sex for Women, 2nd Edition

The Ultimate Guide to Anal Sex for Women, 2nd Edition by Tristan Taormino (Paperback - Feb 9, 2006)
Buy new: $16.95 $11.53 In Stock

From amazon.com

Ms Taormino is proud to be a "backdoor betty" (her own words). She is a VERY beautiful, witty and erudite woman:

She lectures at top colleges and universities including Yale, Brown, Columbia, Smith, Vassar, Swarthmore, and New York University (NYU), where she speaks on gay and lesbian issues, sexuality and gender, and feminism. She teaches sex and relationship workshops around the world and has private coaching sessions for individuals and couples.

She enjoys sex with both men and women, which would seem to make her bisexual. However, she states: "I don't really identify with the label 'bisexual', nor does it feel like it accurately describes me...I see myself as queer, since queer to me is not just about who I love or lust, but it's about my culture, my community, and my politics. The truth is, even if I were with a heterosexual guy, I'd be a queer dyke." (WIKIPEDIA)

I totally echo what someone else said - lots of lube, you MUST relax and have a partner you trust who will go very slowly. The relax part is all a mindset and can't be rushed. It can be good when you're in the right frame of mind. Just because it doesn't work one time doesn't mean it won't work another.

You'll still have pain with lube.
They have a type of lube that 'numbs' the anal area and you can find it at your local sex shop.

Good luck :p

You can buy something called 'Anal Ease" at a local Adult store, butt I have never tried it so....I have a friend who used "Anbesol" once..I don't recommend that. I think if your gonna take it up the bum, then take the pleasure with the pain, or don't do it.

this is a thing that you must trust your partner. the slower the better. you may not enjoy this, but if there is some thing you like it might be worth trading for now and then to keep the peace and experience that you shall remember, good or bad. a good thick lube a must, not unless you like pain ... lol ha ha he he.

Use lots of lubrication. DO NOT USE VASOLINE OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, USE SOMETHING THAT IS INTENDED FOR SEX.

Thicker lubricants are supposed to be better for anal sex. Also, have your partner try "priming" you, using one or two fingers before actually penetrating you with his penis.

If it still continues to hurt, stop doing it.

For some women, it's just downright uncomfortable. The last woman I dated was willing to try it with me, but it just didn't do it for her.
However, the lady I dated before her was totally into it and got great org@asms from it.
It just differs from woman to woman, and if your body can't handle the discomfort, don't feel badly about it.

Relax and use lots of lube! Also trusting your partner completely is crucial, I think.
