This comes with experience and time. For me, the phrase is very easy to remember -- I divorced a Violent, Nasty, Abusive ex after a short marriage -- and was a Long-Term Single Parent (and yes, he did abuse my children). He still Stalks, Steals, Robbed my home (recent), continues to abuse. So every minute I breathe, every minute I can type a word or think a thought is a minute longer that if it was not for the Grace of God watching over me, I would NOT be here to do any of that.

knowing that people die everyday,helps us to remember that long life isnot a guarantee.if you believe in god ,be thankful for everyday that you are alive.also be thankful for your family and friends and the privelege to experience life in general.there are no do overs,time marches on.make everyday count,hopefully in a positive way.

i find it is easy to remember said quote but i'm not sure what my motivation is. i guess its life itself or maybe friends and family. not sure.
