tons...... but there are cold blooded, warm blooded, and hot blooded. i know draft horses are cold blooded and that thoroughbreds are hot blooded. i don't know what warm blooded is though. proably ponys or something. and there are light, heavy, pony, and mini. soo hope it helps.

There are four main types:

- Light -- riding, light draft work, companion

- Draft -- huge draft-work horses

- Pony -- short, stouter, and stockier

- Miniature -- the name says it all: same proportions as a light horse, but on a smaller scale


As for breeds.... there are too many to even count!

LOTS of breeds but there is only 3 types of horses

coldblooded
warmblooded
hotblooded

Lots. Different breeds different colors different heights......tons of different factors that define horses.
