I don't think they are supposed to but I did have one however that did and it made me mad. LOL! All the others I have had never did though.

Yes if it isnt a true black moor, it could be a black demekin or a black telescope eye. True black moors will stay black. When buying i would look for a black moor that has a black belly, some black moors have whiteish grey bellys and those usually turn orange.

It is possible. I had a couple black moors that did turn orange for me. Really strange, but true.

some do but you don't know if they were pure bred Moors

i've never seen one turn orange but i guess anything is possible
