No. It depends on the settings that people have. I have had people e-mail me after I answered their question and then when I tried to reply to them their e-mail was not working. Maybe that is why later they complained about nobody answering their question. Then I was chosen as the best answer because I was the only one that got through. Weird huh? Its all in the settings.
