It's for a Pelton & Crane "Validator Plus" autoclave.

Users manuals for commercial equipment (especially medical equipment) like that isn't likely to be found on-line. You might try calling the company and asking if they have it on-line, will email it to you, or send you a hard-copy.

There seem to many models of the "Validator Plus"

This should be for the Validator plus 8 ~10, and they seem to charge for it.
