tell your parents!!!12 year old girls should not be having sex!!!not only can she get pregnant but she can get aids and other diseases!!!sex is for adults who can also deal with the results of having sex with various partners!!![like,pregnancy and so on...]

Would her parents be concerned about it? Seeing that she is 12, I'd definitely tell. If she is even "showing off" like someone said, just having them shows that she is on the wrong track that could lead to bad behavior. Stop it before it starts by telling.

For some reason cause it to cease and overall stop. Get it stopped even by a little white-lie to her. You never want parents mad, as it can roll over into years and years in both of your futures.

I think you should talk to her about it 1st and then if she doesnt confide in you talk to either your parents or hers. If she is doing something her parents should know. She is only 12. And knowing how fast girls are these days then I wouldnt see the problem with trying to talk to her about it or talk her out of it.

Talk to her yourself. Sometimes, most of the time, it is easier to talk to someone who is not your parents. I would let her parents know what she had, and that you would like to talk to her as a friend, not as a parent. I think it would be easier of her that way.
