U should eat health foods, like Salad, broccoli, carrots, fruits and (strange but true) Seasonings.
And u should also get involved with some kind of sport. If you eat right, but sit in front of the tv (or in this case, computer) all day, then you will go nowhere whith your diet.

Make small changes to your life. Get up a little earlier. Make it a point to walk a little farther. When you want something sweet, get fruit or a treat like "fruit le@ther". You are young, so don't push too hard. You can make yourself REALLY ill. Take it from someone who ended up in the hospital on a gurney at 15 for taking diet pills - DON'T.

you are only 12, you don't need to lose weight right now. when i was 12 i still had my baby fat and you shouldn't be worrying about that right now. by the time i was 14 i had gotten taller and lost 25 pounds. your body is still developing. stop drinking sodas.

well,you should say how much you weigh.i will check your last questions,but you are still growing,as am i,and im 15.as you get taller,you stomache kinda gets smaller also because of your height it pulls up,or at least thats what is happening to me

you are too young to go on a diet. just stop eating junk food, eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, drink lots of water and exercise and go talk to your doctor
