Just eat right and do about 50 crunches every night. I would also say go for a 2 mile walk, jog or run every other night. Also remember this is the age when you start getting taller which means you will naturally slim out if you eat as healthy as possible. Best of Luck! (:

this is what i do while ur watchin tv on the commercials work out do sit ups squats push ups etc. when the show comes back on stop and watch tv when commercial work out agin. another thing i do is when i get off the bus i run/jog all the way home and i dance while i do it or sing. i race my lil sis...its funnier 2. when ur swimming do tons of races like race down and up 3 times then get the penny from the deepend and whoever wins gets a dollar or something. or if ur goin to the park jog down to the park then play around then jog bak. thats what i do or i go to the community center jog down play jog back. it may talke awhile but it will add up eventually. so good luck and hope that helps

i'm an 11th grader i think the best way for your stomach is to do these sit ups where you lay in the crunch position on your back with your hands behind your neck and pull your left knee in towards your stomach and at the same time sit up and reach your right elbow towards the left knee.
alternate in sets of 20

Maybe you should run a few laps on the track everyday for a while & get into shape. Then if you can go to the gym & work out your legs & abs. That should help if you do that for a while.

well you are young, so just start off by loosing some eating habits that are bad like candy and snacks. eat more fruits and veggies and eat more often. try like 5-6 times a day if you can to keep that metabolism going. don't stress though, you will grow into your body.

Run on the treadmill for 20 minutes, eat healthy snacks, pushups...Ask your mom about a gym membership. I had one. It was pretty cool. I felt great after working out.

well,how long do you have to lose?i have learned that in 7th grade,it is really hard,because your not a little kid anymore.but,i dont know if you will get made that much fun of because i was in grade school,and now im not.people grow out of that phase when they get older.they are more mature.
