Jedi's are always under the influence of "The Force", so there isn't any reason for them to drink alcohol. When they do, aren't they immune to the effects of alcohol?

They used to. But then they started whipping out the light sabers and somebody lost an eye. Their moms had to come and pick them up. Now it's a dry campus. Sad, really.
