I have some MP3s that I ripped from a CD that was made at a live show. There is a good bit of feedback on some of the tracks. Is there a way to remove the feedback after it has been recorded?

Couple of different things you can try.
If you have an equalizer, you can locate the feedback frequencies and drop them on your eq.
There's also a tool out there called a squelcher or minimizer.
They work fairly good as well.
You may never eliminate all of the feedback totally but you can really get it down in the mix if you work on it.
I've had to do this on multiple occasions with feedback originating from the stage monitoring system.
Good Luck
