I am currently writing a paper on pink berry, and i would like to hear some of your reviews on the place. If you are from Los Angeles, and you know of the frozen yogurt place, please be free to answer. Also, if you are from out of state and have heard of it, that would be even more amazing to hear how you heard of it and if you have tasted it yet. Please reply ASAP. thanks everyone!

I haven't eaten there, but I just read a long series of posts about it on Chowhound, with lots of personal experiences, and a link to the LA Times story if you haven't seen that. Should be helpful.

You could also join and and post your question there.

I have eaten at Pink Berry several times. The yogurt is amazing, but I really feel these people are more concerned with profit than with service. The "yogurt jockey's" that work there are so incredibly rude and the store has decided to close the restroom to the customers. I think it might be against health code to do this since they do serve a food product and provide seating. One of the workers decided to close the doors at 10:45 p.m. when they close at 11:00 p.m. He told us that he lives in West Covina and had a long drive ahead of him. I'm sorry that he does have a long drive, but no one is forcing him to drive that far to work an $8.00/hr job.
I enjoy their product very much, but am disappointed with the service. I feel that if a competitor opened up and provided better service, Pink Berry would have to change their service standards or would be out of business.
