I do Ok. I sell 20-30 computers a month. I price anywhere between $180. and $600. My rule of thumb is simple. My coist for parts times three is my selling price. 95% of my computers have either Redhat Linux or Puppy Linux on them with Open Office

Me! It is VERY profitable i make about $100-$1000 depending on the price of the machine itself, i only charge 10% of the total computer for labor, and that is STILL cheaper than buying from Alienware or Dell!

Comp USA, overhere by me,they make up computers for people al the time.
They sell more of their own than the factory ones.

i used to know a guy that did, where he got buyers from i dont know. he would spend for example £300 on building one then sell it for £5-600. sometimes spend £600 on it and sell for £1000+

my brother does, he's got this local supplier that sells very cheap OEM parts and their place is like a warehouse.
