my daughter is thinking of opening up a small bussiness and we are all debating what would be a good bussiness one that wouldn't cost allot to start up and would be successful plus she could run with maybe 2 people to help herbecause she has a full time job also.

Perhaps the standard idea of a small business should not be the only one you think of. Have you tried working from home with a legitimate company? I know from experience there are a lot of scams out there, but if you do your due diligence you will find the good ones. The reason I suggest this avenue is because you mentioned your daughter already has a full time job. Any standard business you start, you have to be there to run it, and time becomes a factor.
