I have had nothing but trouble from U.S.Cellular IL. office call center. They misled me to get my business. They offered no activation fee, then charged it to my credit card anyway. (Moto G phones have limited antenna range forcing more data use then WiFi use.) They asked to send the phone back due to poor quality service area. That was done. They still billed me for one hundred eighty dollars for service I did not receive, including phone cost and activation fee. They transferred my call from Chicago to Nicaragua where the man said he was their billing department. He took my credit card number to give a refund but it was never received to date. Their El Salvador call center appears professional and honest but stay away from the U.S. call center in IL. and the one in Nicaragua. They are bad news and give a lot of false promises and love to do the run-a-round. That is my experience. I am out !80 dollars or so it appears, plus a few hundred more in lost time and fuel charges for travel costs associated with the activation issues. I am certain it may even out ten thousand fold in losses to U.S. Cellular over the next decade.

I/ve been on the phone with these people for over 90 min on 4 different calls trying to get a home phone. They have NO ANSWERS on how to get it connected. I've also called my local store, again they say i'll get back with you (NEVER HAPPENED) im going to stay with my own server, US Cellular is a joke on a home phone
