Hey. I got a 1999 Honda Civic DX. For some reason, I am not able to see the time nor anything on the radio display at night. So I was wondering if that is the way how it should be or if it is messed up... Thanx in advance for the helpers

Look in the owner's manual. It might have its own bulb that is burnt out and need replacement.

well, the radio display should be lit at all times when it has power-also the clock light.you may have a problem with the resistor that controls the voltage to the accessory lighting-see if your guage lights dim when you turn the dimmer-otherwise may have a fault in the ground circuit of the radio.the clock light is on the same circuit as the display.if possible look in a manual and follow power and ground distribution pages also fuse to component index-you will find they share a circuit-good luck
