Silly question, but did you try just putting the number itself into a search engine?
the reason why the # is busy is because it's probably always dialing out.

Don't waste your time on that. I bet it was a telemarketing call. That happens to me least once a week. You can put youir number om the national do not call list database: https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx
