my 19 year old nieghbor is always making sarcastic remarks when hes with his friends and im by myself never when my husband is home he is getting on my nerves what should i do and why does he do this

Maybe in a strange way he is trying to show you that he's cool or funny. He could also have a slight crush on you. I think guys his age are constantly trying to show off. Try shutting him down with the quickness so that he knows you don't find his antics amusing. What about talking to him in private and telling him honestly how you feel? Then if you tell him off in front of his peers he'll be embarrased and won't do it again. The private chat is a warning, so hopefully you won't have to say anything in public in front of his buddies.

He does it because he likes you and he cant have you he wants to act tough around his friends. Just ignore him and he will stop if not kick his A**. just kidding if he doesnt stop just ask whats his problem. He will be caught off gaurd and just stand there looking stupid. good luck. you can also tell your husband :D
