Get some discipline. There is no other way. You simply have to decide you're going to do something, and do it.

I'm actually looking at the other answers because I was wondering the exact same thing myself =P

I was much more undecisive a year ago, though, and so I can give you a few advises I think. You won't stop being "an indecisive procrastinator" in the blink of an eye, but I think they will help.

- don't plan to do stuff you don't want to do, because you won't do it and it'll bring you down and damage your self-image
- make plans for doing easy stuff and then do it. gradually increase the "level of difficulty" and someday you'll get there
- be truthful to yourself, know your limits and be aware of them when you make plans
- instead of wasting times and getting distracted, make a list of things you want to do that you could postpone and do then do them when you have time (write them as they pop up in your head, but don't put aside important work just to do them) i.e. if you're working in your computer and you remember this cool site you wanted to visit, don't stop your work, just jot the cool site down in your list and do it when you're done with your important work
-finally, and most important, find a motivation

If you can do one of those things, you'll be on your way to decisiveness and all. Bye!

Trust me...its easy. All you have to do is say what you mean and mean what you say. Do not make excuses when you know, or even suspect, that you are wrong. Listen better...its very essential to learning and delivering to the point. Remember when you're talking, you're not learning. Resign yourself to being "stand up" rather than being "wishy-washy".
Your character and integrity is what ultimately defines who you are.

Don't be like millions of others...who go around never being wrong and not having the courage to say I don't know and/or I was wrong and (especially) I'm sorry. Let yourself be the first one to admit it, rather than others behind your back.
When it comes to making decisions, just use common sense and commit. Learn to constantly evaluate your decisions and try and come up with something better or change your mind if you realize the decision was not the best for that particular situation. It is not a crime to make a mistake. Do not be afraid to change your mind or say that you made a mistake. Your pears will respect you more and appreciate your integrity.

It will also make you a better person.

Maybe try thinking about how annoying it is when people constantly talk about what they're going to do but come to find out that's all it is, talk. I know that I like to live by example and I never want to turn into one of those people that just bug me. I think some procastination is okay, but when it gets to a point things just have to be done or else people will not take you seriously.

You gotta set some short term goals to follow and long term goals. Make yourself a list and try to follow it. Remember the phrase: don't put off for tomorrow what you can do today.

Get some discipline......JUST DO IT is a great motto. If you do something every day for 30 days, it is considered a habit.
