Okay, I'm african american and have never been to Africa, but I have heard some Africans in the U.S. say that most of the things that are being broadcasted in the U.S. is only things happening in the small parts or regions in Africa, that they (U.S. reporters) never show the modernization that has taken place in many parts of Africa...like how some electronics and attire is distributed first in Africa and then the U.S. Not everyone in Africa is poor and it is not uncivilized as the U.S. reporters try to portray Africa to be...just like how there are some neighborhoods and cities in the U.S. that is "uncivilized" it's the same in Africa! Why don't U.S. journalists write about how in Colorado, Arizona, Utah...and other states, some white communities practicing and thinking of ways to come out with a "new" religion to justify child molestation and incest? Ohhhh, so the table is turned now, and nobody wants to talk about that...

And since someone wanted to talk about voodoo/voudon and all the other "negative" religions in Africa...let's talk about California's greatest religion, Scientology, which is a very prestigious, predominately white religion full of people with weak minds who are so weak-minded that they practice on being "de-programmed" by a "de-programmer."

So, if most of y'all want to keep up the stereotypes of Africa, then there's a million more stereotypes that I can come up with (facts included) for you as well!

It's time to stop believing everything you see on t.v. and start actually asking a person from Africa...or better yet, become friends with a person from Africa...you just might learn something!

Are you talking about Africans enslaving Africans? Are you talking about the Africans who captured other Africans and sold them to the Europeans? Are you talking about the Africans who were sold and shipped to the New world?

I'm sure that had no affect on their lives in Africa... There are still tribes in Africa today... And Africans are the ones who sold slaves to the Americans

Simple - take a look at a-freek-a today. War torn nations waddling in their poverty, unwilling to work, having babies faster than AIDS can wipe them out. The absolute cesspool of the world. Everyone in the world is asking "what can we do to help". We went there in the 60's as the peace corps and built an infrastructure for the entire continent. As soon as we left they tore everything down as they were not going to be "forced by whites" to work, live, and thrive. Blacks make babies, they do not and will not work unless forced to. They are getting just what they need and deserve. If you want to help join the voices of the world and tell them to get off their own azzes and get to work. That will help them more than any boatloads of money or bombs for then to wipe each other out.

While other countries progressed in technology, africa was still running around killing stuff with spears and jumping around going insane....we did them a favor by enslaving them-otherwise they wouldn't have the technology or help they have today.
