Exercise. Running is really great for the butt and thighs. Make sure you have atleast some fat down there though, since you need the fat to turn it into muscle.

Unfortunately butts aren't really anything you can change.... you can firm your butt by exercise and it may look bigger but it really won't be... plastic surgery or else becoming overweight (which believe me, doesn't always result in a bigger butt - i'm a good 100 lbs smaller than my friend and i have a rounder/bigger butt than she does.... hers is wider but mine's "bigger" - overweight results in worse stuff anyways) are really the only way to do anything about it. Firming your butt though is attractive to a lot of guys even if it isn't huge.

A good work out for a more bust butt or better shape is to climb steps, is one of the best workouts for the butt. Have a nice day
