Yeah, it was good, long though, be prepared to sit still like you're watching the Green Mile. You have to pay attention too from beginning to end to understand the scenes with the flooding and water that suddenly appears...I won't give away the movie, just a heads up on that part!

It is absolutely worth watching. It is all absolutely true, Jaime Foxx portrays Ray Charles expertly, including the fact that Ray himself approved Jaime playing the part before he died. It tells a story that alot of people did not know. You should see it, it would be a shame to miss it.

Very good movie, even if you don't know or care who Ray Charles is. I recommend renting Walk the Line at the same time and making a theme night of it. Also a great musical biography.

The acting is phenominal in that movie! However, the plot is some what boring which really lowered my opinion of the movie. If you are interested in Ray Charles's life, though, it is a pretty good movie to watch.

This film really hurt my idea of Ray Charles, I did not know he was such a pervert. So if you respect him as a clean artist, you should see it to see what he is really like.

ahhhh now ray is a good film and it is defo worth watching but its a very long film so you need your time and patience let me know when you have watched it

Absolutely! Go for it! I packs an emotional wallop and offers some amazing performances. You might want to try an extended edition too. :)

its really sad and stuff. if you like that type of thing, watch it. its also pretty long... i think, haha, i dont remember. but yeah, jamie foxx even won an oscar for that.
