The Frosty, Heidi & Frank Show is the talk radio show team of Frosty Stilwell, Heidi Hamilton, and Frank Kramer, based in Los Angeles and broadcast from their home station 97.1 Free FM (KLSX) and syndicated to 103.7 Free FM (KSCF) in San Diego and 101.5 Free FM (KZON) in Phoenix, Arizona. All three stations are owned by CBS Radio.
The show airs weekdays from 10am to 3pm Pacific Standard Time, with the fifth hour of the block being a replay of the first hour. Together, they are known as The Triplets, though they are not fond of that nickname as it was given to them by entertainment reporter Sam Rubin, whom they dislike.

History
Stilwell and Kramer were once part of the Jamie, Frosty & Frank Show with Jamie White in Denver, which had been Denver's highest rated talk show for a number of years. In 1998 the show moved to Los Angeles at Star 98.7 (KYSR), where they met traffic reporter Heidi Hamilton.
In 2000, Stilwell and Kramer were replaced with Danny Bonaduce (now-grown child actor of Partridge Family fame), after which the Star broadcast declined in popularity and Bonaduce was eventually fired.
Later that year, Stilwell and Kramer joined with Hamilton and formed the Frosty, Heidi and Frank Show at KLSX. Stilwell and Kramer (and most of their fans) have stated that they are happier with Heidi's talent and personality.
The nickname "The Triplets" was actually created by Sam Rubin's producer, "Malibu" Dan Finder. The nickname became so wildly popular that KLSX started referring to the nighttime duo of "Conway and Steckler" as "LA's Radio Doublets," a program which Finder also produced.
Tension started between Sam Rubin and Frosty, Heidi and Frank because Rubin would bash the trio frequently on his TV show, the KTLA Morning News. Rubin often called their show unlistenable, even though Frosty, Heidi and Frank had significantly higher ratings than Rubin's radio show. Rubin's low ratings led to his KLSX departure in December 2003, and the station gave Frosty, Heidi and Frank an extra hour.
In early 2003, what started out as an innocent discussion about Michael Jackson and voodoo turned into an on air fight between Stilwell and Kramer with the former calling the latter a "dick". It was glossed over, and never mentioned again. Some still think there's a tension between the two.
In 2005, Stilwell, Kramer, and Hamilton entered a new three-year contract with KLSX, extending their show through at least 2008.
One of Heidi Hamilton's trademarks is her freakishly long tongue.

I used to listen occasionally to Jamie Frosty and Frank, here in Los Angeles on Star 98.7 But Frosty and Frank were let go and Dannie Bonaduchi (of Partridge Family Fame) took over. Now he is gone I do not really listen anymore.
