My body has a high estrogen overload,so my Dr. told me to eliminate all non-organic dairy from my diet, and oddly, also all soy products.Soy is a precursor to plant-based estrogen.Non-organic dairy cows are given hormones(estrogen) to increase their milk production.Estrogen has been associated with breast cancer in some people, although it is not the only factor.

Yes. They give the cows drugs to produce more milk which gets into the milk. More estrogen is one of the causes of breast cancer. This is why hrt(hormone replacement therapy), estrogen has finally been recognized as bad for women and recalled.

dietary habits are just one piece of the cancer puzzle other factors are environment and genetics. Genetics is currently the wild card because you cannot control your DNA code but you can change your eating habits or move to somewhere else if you need to. Talk to your doctor about your concerns during your next checkup he can help put you in control of your life in the health department and help put your mind at ease if your concerned about your health.
