Just to add to this...if you or your significant other DOES fart in front of you, do you remember the first time and how each of you reacted? Mine was an "oops" and he died laughing!

Married 17 years, been together for 24. Yes, we both do and laugh. Also, neither one of us worry about the other when going to the bathroom. It's like come on in, I don't mind. We're best of friends and lovers still. No shame here. I wouldn't do it in public, but my husband has this bad habit of farting, then leaving me with the smell. He walks away, and I'm left with the odor. By time I realize this has happened, he's gone. JERK! But I still love him.

I'm female. I don't see why you shouldn't fart in front of your significant other or anyone else. You can't really control your farts or burps - These are natural/biological actions that your body performs!
You shouldn't be ashamed of farting or burping.
If you love someone, farting and burping should probably mean nothing to you. Picking nose is not a big deal either. What do you do when something doesn't come out of your nose after you blew it like 10 times? You gotta pick! LOL

I've been with my man for about 2yrs and to be very very honest no I have never farted in front of my man in-fact I can not even go #2 when he is home I do not even have the urge. He works nights so I can let em rip when he isn't home and my bm's are like clock work during the week days but when the weekend comes and we are home together I cant. Im not one of those girls that fart on my man or burp. But trust me my man goes to the bathroom with the door open and breaks wind well whenever.

We've been together almost 2 years, and yes, we both do it...We both laugh when it happens. Its a natural part of life. Also, it's a feeling of a comfortable relationship between us. We would never do it in public, nor in front of anyone else, as it would be unacceptable.

i'm female and we've been married 9 years this year. since the start, we both fart, burp, pick our noses if we need to, etc in front of each other. we're not shy people.

My husband (of 9 years) has NO trouble letting out any kind of bodily noises in front of me. Sometimes I make an effort not to do it in front of him, but other times, I don't care.
