I can't remember the original way it goes...but I think it's because people are wearing darker clothes as the seasons get colder and the sun isn't out as long...everyone knows it's hotter to wear darker clothes when the sun is beating down...hope this helps..

Who says I can't.Just let them tell me to my face. I will tell them I am free to wear white any time I please.Some stupid fashion law made 100's of years ago.This is 2006 why can't we change things up.
