i let her wrap my entire body in plastic wrap and let her decide how long she wants to keep me like that

You can't make them forgive you. All you can do is ask and promise not to do what ever you did again (and stick with your promise) The rest is up to them....it may take a long time for them to actually forgive you....remember...a person can forgive..but, they will never forget.
