Well, first of all, to get your point across, you need to use proper grammar and spelling. It's alot more effective.
Second, it does still work. It will always work. Sure times change, but there's nothing outdated about our Constitution. Maybe if you read it and learned what each thing meant, you'd understand this. The few things that did need change, were. They're called Amendments.
Go back to school. Learn your English, grammar and spelling. Then take a very long look into history. Our founding fathers had the right idea and it will stead fast for generations to come.

Your question makes no sense. The constitution does work and has been amended over the years to change certain things for the better. There are several areas that have been the same are still fine.
I think you need to think about this a bit more.

The constitution contains a way of changing it over time(the amendment process, voting.) And in the most extreme of circumstances the 2nd amendment guarantees that citizens that attempt to overthrow the unjust American regime will have the weapons to do so.

The Constitution is the best vision of government ever attempted. I say attempted because it isn't perfect, the framers realized this and it is up to us to work toward a more perfect union.
