It's great that you want to know if you have a problem. Your body is going through a lot of changes at this time which may be causing some of this. The worst thing about this is creating bad eating habits at such a young age. You really need to think why you are eating. Is it because you are truly hungry or are you dealing with issues my eating. If your honestly hungry then eat healthy snacks and meals. But you can also do this trick...I won't eat that right now. I use this and it works...well most of the time. Good luck and stay healthy. Talk to your parents, dr or even the school nurse! :)

A lot of people end up obsessing about food because what we are taught to eat and the way we are taught to eat is not healthy. There is a book that has really helped me on this subject, it's called the Truth About Beauty by Kat James. It talks about natural beauty methods, how to be healthy and eat real food so that you no longer obsess about food and your body. It's really great, check it out. Good luck :-)

I would suggest seeing your doctor, make sure you're eliminating properly(like a couple of times a day cause what goes in must come out), and always exercise and keep active. Exercising will keep your metabolism going and burn calories, and keeping active wont allow you much time to be eating alot. What kind of food are you eating? Sometimes when we dont eat healthy, it's not satisfying to our bodies so we're still hungry. Try to eat wholesome meals more than junk food and fast food.

You poor thing.....first of all Im glad you realize its a problem. When you are young, you dont gain weight as easily because you are more active but as you get older, its not as easy to lose the weight. You have a dependency on food. I would suggest seeing your doctor, you might have a chemical imbalance and it can be corrected. You are young and beautiful, dont ruin your life by overeating. Take care of yourself and good luck

When your menstrual cycle is coming close, you can't get enough to eat. Crave foods, feel like your starving. After you have your period that will stop, until the next one.

Look at the Calories, fat, carbohydrates and stuff...that might change your mind.
Lol..it's worked for me before.
But like others have said you're growing right now.
As long as you're exercising as well...you should be fine.
Just have strong Will-power and cut back on what you eat..exercise alittle more and then you will be fine.
Good Luck!!
